1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph968 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through ph968, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the ph968 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional terms, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ph968 Platform and refrain from creating or continuing to maintain an Account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The ph968 Platform is strictly accessible only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in full compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. 3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a ph968 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile telephone number, and email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and that you are registering solely on your own behalf.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active ph968 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph968 reserves the right to suspend all duplicate Accounts and to withhold balances in duplicate Accounts pending investigation. Balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at ph968's discretion following investigation.

3.5 KYC Verification

ph968 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine AML legislation to verify the identity of its Players. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required to complete the KYC process. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ph968 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable time.

4 Account Obligations

4.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your ph968 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members. ph968 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.

You must notify ph968 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ph968 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, provided ph968 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

4.2 Accurate Account Information

You must maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information in your ph968 Account at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension. Name changes must be supported by valid documentary evidence and submitted through ph968's account management process.

4.3 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for reviewing your transaction history and account activity regularly. Any discrepancy should be reported to ph968 support within fourteen (14) days of the relevant transaction. ph968 will not be responsible for unaddressed discrepancies reported after this period, except in cases of proven system error on ph968's part.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Currency

ph968 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, PesoNet, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and selected cryptocurrency methods as listed in the ph968 Cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified in the Cashier and may be amended by ph968 with reasonable notice.

All deposited funds are held in segregated player fund accounts in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements. ph968 does not use player funds for its own operational expenses.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals above applicable thresholds are processed; (b) withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your verified name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted; (c) any active bonus funds associated with your balance must have their wagering requirements satisfied before the associated Real Money Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal; (d) ph968 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its reasonable discretion.

5.3 Processing Times

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph968 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated from wagering that satisfy the published wagering requirements become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements.

7 Gameplay Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph968 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph968 Platform — including but not limited to the ph968 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game content, and software — is the proprietary property of ph968 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph968 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any ph968 intellectual property is transferred to you by these Terms or by your use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on any ph968 content without prior written consent from ph968.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph968's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

ph968 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ph968 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph968 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. ph968 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph968's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or government-ordered restrictions.

12 Suspension & Termination

ph968 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void balances, at its reasonable discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law;
• A credible dispute regarding Account ownership;
• Receipt of a valid order from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or another competent authority;
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request;
• ph968's reasonable determination that continued Account operation poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ph968.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach, ph968 will return the verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered and KYC-verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe following completion of any pending investigations or regulatory requirements.

You may request closure of your ph968 Account at any time by contacting ph968 support. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any pending withdrawal requests and resolution of any outstanding disputes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation's regulations and relevant circulars shall also apply to the extent they govern online gaming operations licensed by PAGCOR.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph968, you agree to contact ph968 support in the first instance to seek resolution through ph968's internal complaints procedure. ph968 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph968's internal procedure, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction. For matters not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph968 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification to the email address registered with their Account, and by publication of the updated Terms on the ph968 Platform, not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter period is required by law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph968 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must notify ph968 and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect. Account closure requested on the basis of non-acceptance of amended Terms will be processed in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
